Certain teeth whitening kits have been known to cause users a lot of problems. So although all kits for home use claim to be safe for use, this isn’t necessarily the case! In fact a study carried out on 100 people showed that half suffered from mild to moderate sensitivity after using a kit thats main ingredient was 15% carbamide peroxide and surprisingly 1 in 25 suffered from the type of pain that Mona suffered from.
Basically this study demonstrates that teeth whitening dangers are more common than you might think! What you need to do is find a good reliable site that provides HONEST reviews of various teeth whitening products. It may also be useful to search for reviews from real people who have tried the product for themselves. This will give a good indication as to whether the product is safe and effective.
In my opinion and the opinion of many others is that natural home whitening procedure are the best and safest way to get whiter teeth. The likes of zero peroxide and mint cosmetics are definitely the best two kits on the market! In fact natural products are becoming increasingly popular due to the recent ban in all EU countries of teeth whitening kits that contain carbamide peroxide, due to the negative effects that have been experienced from there use.
